Updated: 10 June 2026Operator details
For formal notices or data-protection requests, visitors can contact Capitale Design using the email address or phone number published on this site. The registered company identifiers should be confirmed by the site owner before final legal approval.
Operator and contact
Capitale Design is presented as the interior design practice under the Capitale brand, based in Bucharest and working across Europe.
Available contact: contact@capitale.ro and +40 763 333 364.
Privacy and GDPR
The interactive calculator sends the completed brief to Capitale Design by email when the visitor presses Send brief. The submitted details can include contact data, property address, project measurements, selected services, estimate rows, and notes.
This data is processed to answer the request, prepare a proposal, coordinate the right specialist, and manage pre-contractual or contractual work.
Visitors may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability where GDPR applies. They may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority.
Cookies and tracking
No marketing, advertising, or analytics cookies are configured in the current version of the site. Strictly necessary technical processing may still occur to deliver pages, security headers, localization, and browser functionality.
If analytics, pixels, embedded maps, chat widgets, booking tools, or other non-essential tracking scripts are added later, a consent layer must be implemented before those scripts run.
Estimates and services
The calculator provides indicative starting estimates only. Values exclude VAT and can change after measurements, technical documentation, supplier input, authorizations, site conditions, and project complexity are reviewed.
The website does not create a binding online contract by itself. Final terms, scope, delivery, and price must be confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement.
Consumer information
For business-to-consumer matters, Romanian consumers can use ANPC information channels and the SAL alternative dispute resolution channel. The EU ODR/SOL platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so the old ODR link is intentionally not used.
Accessibility
The site uses semantic landmarks, localized language metadata, responsive layouts, focus-visible controls, reduced-motion handling, and readable contrast within the current visual system.
New third-party widgets, forms, or media should be tested against WCAG 2.2 AA expectations before release.
